Quiet atmosphere, smart and best employees with service and staff. Lovely looking rooms with balcony, food nice.

The setting was quite particularly good and fab within easy reach of a large art museum.

We liked almost everything, had very positive experience.

Everything was lovely, affable staff, lovely views over the garden. The location was great and handy: a grocery shop and a market were within walking distance.

By and large, it was nice base for sightseeing in Dusseldorf, had much fun and met very attentive and reasonably good staff with service and staff.

Marvellous and fab location for our visit to Nrw-Forum Dusseldorf Rhine-Ruhr-Region just a short stroll away from the hotel. Incredibly nice breakfast and a huge variety of goodies. Quick check-in, smooth check-out.  

Clean room and open bathroom with all necessary facilities. The staff was wonderful, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Quick check-in and smooth check-out, parking nearby.

Location just next door to the center of town and the city centre. Lots of satisfactory breakfast options. Very good services, the public parking was available nearby.

The property is clean; well furnished rooms; really nice bed. The breakfast itself is satisfactory with refill or replacements and pastries, as example. The hotel boasts central location on at the Messe. Came here for a weekend and I would consider staying here again. 

The place is perfect, the staff are super friendly and amiable.

The room is new-fashioned and cheap with balcony, also they can offer wake-up service.

The location was marvellous in the Beautiful Garden. It was also very close to Victoriaplatz metro station as well as many retaurants and shops.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, not too far away from the central railway station and in a nice neighborhood north of the city center. It was also conveniently located just a short walk from a metro

execellent location and excekkent staff

This place is an excellent choice for a romantic getaway, with a fantastic bar right here.

I thought the attitude of the staff and management was appalling. The service and approach to customer care was terrible, definitely not that of a 4 star hotel.
